A unique background in real estate development, along with a broker license, gives Phyllis Howard an edge in all real estate transactions be it residential, condo, commercial/industrial or vacant land. Phyllis assisted her late husband, Marc, and his partner, Eric Foster, to successfully complete Michigan's first dockominium project at Belle Maer Harbor in Harrison Township. Prior to teaming with Judy Fordon in real estate practice, Phyllis was a general partner of Regent Street, Inc. where she developed and managed a high-end assisted living facility in West Bloomfield. From this rich experience, Phyllis knows what is needed to make up a successful real estate transaction from both the buyer and the seller perspective and how to create a "win-win" situation for everyone involved.

Along with her Michigan Broker License, Phyllis maintains a current Michigan Registered Nurse License and a Nursing Home Administrator License. She served many years as a hospital nurse and as both a hospital and nursing home administrator. She happily reflects on her health care career as wonderfully challenging and rewarding. Always service oriented, she delighted in working with and helping people whether as a direct care giver to her patient, an administrator/manager to her staff or a liaison for physicians and other professionals. She now commits this same compassion and professionalism in her services to her real estate clients.

Phyllis has five children and seven grandchildren, who all live in Southeastern Michigan and who all provide her with much happiness and love. A recent widow, she lives in the lovely condo she and Marc shared for many years on Lake St. Clair in Harrison Township. She treasure her life style and can't imagine anything better than living on the Great Lakes and watching the sun come up over the water each morning.
